Kandomere is an elf who works for the Department of Homeland Security's Magic Task Force.
Appearance
Kandomere has bright, silver-blue eyes, pale skin, a strong jaw, and blue, slicked back hair. He wears expensive, tailored suits, far more stylish than those of human agents. His silver gorget is etched with elven script reading: "Elves above all. Above all elves."[1]
