Biography[]
Yamahara was a highly bigoted Internal Affairs worker who despised the fact that Jakoby, an Orc was a police officer. When Jakoby was accused of letting an Orc who had shot Ward go, he and another member of the Internal Affairs worker tried to get Ward to make Jakoby confess so that they could fire him.
